Whether youre into body-building or just want to gain a little muscle, are an elite athlete or would simply like to get into better shape, TheFitExpos always have lots to see, do, sample, and learn. Attendees were able to talk to fitness celebrities, discover and sample the newest
products and services dedicated to health and wellness, take part in fitness classes, watch cooking demonstrations, participate in exciting competitions, and much more.
As with all of TheFitExpos, the L.A. event included amazing fitness, physique, martial arts, and strength contests with attendees getting to watch world-class figure, physique, bodybuilding, jiu jitsu, powerlifting, strongman, arm wrestling, weightlifting, functional fitness and calisthenics contests.
There were demonstrations of new popular fitness trends like Ninja Warrior, Spartan Obstacle Racing and Dodgeball. In addition the two-day event featured fitness fashion shows, a group exercise program featuring some of the most popular classes and top instructors, and the popular Healthy Eating Pavilion featuring cooking demonstrations, recipe makeovers and plenty of sampling.
Expos and trade shows are just two of the many events that Step and Repeat LA is asked to lend their creative talents to. In this case, they were asked to create a 10 x 12 backdrop for The Power Effect, one of this years exhibitors.
Step and Repeat LA offers media walls, hedge walls with custom 3-D lettering and many other services and products including 12 carpet colors, gold, silver, or retractable belt stanchions, studio-quality lighting, life size cut-outs and much more. They also will deliver, set up and take down media walls, backdrops, and red-carpet displays.
