Terms of Service
GROUPWEB MEDIA will publish your press release that is as long as 1000 words. However, some prices described at our submit press section are for press releases with up to 500 words. There is additional charge of $100 if the word count exceeds 500 words.
We prefer prepayment with credit cards or PayPal, but we also accept payments through bank wire transfer. If you are a first-time user and intend to pay through invoicing, there is a fee of $99 for registration. There is no fee to first- time users who intend to pay with credit cards, PayPal or bank transfer. All account holders are responsible to pay their invoices upon receipt. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notification.
Please note that, for editorial reasons, we cannot guarantee that editors and publishers will select your release for a story. It is at their discretion to pick a release that will make news. However, we do guarantee that we will deliver your press release to news media and make it live on AsiaNewswire.net and GROUPWEB MEDIA Network. We cannot guarantee that search engines or online news sites will publish or index your press release, because we have no control over their editorial decisions.
GROUPWEB MEDIA will not refund a balance or total amount paid for a press release service or for annual or monthly press release subscription. All subscription accounts are recurring and are automatic billing. GROUPWEB MEDIA will automatically bill your subscriber’s credit card at the end of each subscription; unless a subscriber notifies GroupWeb in writing via email and through a phone call 30 days before the end of subscription date. If you have posted a press release on Asia Newswire™, but you wish to withdraw it before it is approved, please notify our editors by calling +1 281-645-4086. GROUPWEB MEDIA reserves the right not to approve and distribute press releases posted on MarketPresswire™ or on GROUPWEB MEDIA network.
Once a press release has been distributed, it cannot be edited or deleted. However, editors can only edit, delete or correct a news release available on MarketPresswire™. Issuing corrections after distribution across news networks requires that the press release to be redistributed or re-syndicated. The intended copy to be corrected, however, will remain online; it will not change even with a issued correction. To issue a correction will therefore require at least fifty percent of the original price of the plan upon which the news release was first distributed.

You represent and warrant to GROUPWEB MEDIA that (i) You have the right to deliver to GROUPWEB MEDIA all copy and information You submit, (ii) You will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and laws relating to “spam”, and (iii) no copy or information submitted by You will contain any content that is obscene, libelous, slanderous or otherwise defamatory, false or misleading or which violates any copyright, right of privacy or publicity or other right of any person. You shall indemnify and hold harmless GROUPWEB MEDIA, its affiliated companies, third party vendors, including distributors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to any breach by You of the foregoing representations and warranties or otherwise arising out of or relating to the contents or nature of the information and/or copy provided by You.
GROUPWEB MEDIA reserves the right to reject or edit copy or other information when necessary in its judgment. All news copy, photographs, video and audio files processed shall be the property of GROUPWEB MEDIA. GROUPWEB MEDIA endeavor to disseminate promptly and accurately all news and other information that they process. Any inadvertent errors by GROUPWEB MEDIA will be corrected promptly upon discovery, without additional charge, and such obligation to correct shall constitute the sole liability of GROUPWEB MEDIA in this regard. GROUPWEB MEDIA are not warranting or insuring that GROUPWEB MEDIA’s services will be free from errors, omissions, interruptions, delay, losses or defects, whether human or mechanical.
GROUPWEB MEDIA make no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the services, including but not limited to any warranties or merchantability or suitability for print or broadcast. In no event will GROUPWEB MEDIA or its affiliates be LIABLE to You, including for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or incidental damages. By Your submission of copy and/or other information to GROUPWEB MEDIA, you agree to be bound by the foregoing Conditions of Service.
