Tanya York, founder and CEO of MicroArt, recently gathered with friends for a cocktail party at Mirador Del Coir in Malibu to celebrate the 10th anniversary of her company – Red Carpet Style! Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the elegant estate, last listed for almost $6,000,000, was the perfect setting for this special occasion.
MicroArt Makeup Inc. was founded in 2009 after many years of development. Ms. York had worked with a team of electronic engineers and cosmetic chemists until MicroArt was finally perfected.

The results of their research produced procedures that eliminated all side effects of semi-permanent makeup as well as looking so natural that no one can tell its makeup.
Born in the Caribbean, Ms. York also lived in Europe for eight years before moving to Los Angeles at age 17. By age 19 she discovered her love for the film industry and produced her first feature film. By age 21, Tanya raised money to start her first movie production company which produced seven movies in the first two 2 years.
Over the years, Tanya York has produced and financed more than 30 movies and authored the book “How to make money making movies”. She is a sought-after speaker at film festivals around the world.
When Ms. York is not working she spends her time learning new things and traveling. She has a rigorous daily spiritual practice which includes yoga. She also donates time to nonprofits including spending a year on the suicide hotlines.
